Audio & e-Books: 

Are delivered instantly by email via Bookfunnel. Each item will have a separate link in the email. Your email will arrive in less than 5 minutes. 

If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Check promotions folder if you use Gmail.

To get your digital item, click your book link in your email and follow the directions on the BookFunnel page. The links to download your purchased e-book(s) are valid for 14 days. After 14 days, your e-books are available for you at any time in your BookFunnel library on the free BookFunnel app.

Start reading right then by using your browser, or click 'Get My Ebook' button and follow the directions to download the e-book to your Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook or Kobo device. (And if you need help there are really nice people at Bookfunnel that can help).

If you have any issues reading or downloading your purchased e-book, there is a 'Need Help' link at the top right corner of the book download page or follow this link https://bookfunnel.com/help/

Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase and will be shipped after the release date.  

Print Books:

Your beautiful paperbacks are printed and delivered via Bookvault. We offer shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, most European Union countries, New Zealand & Australia.

Bookvault will send you an email with a tracking number so you can check on your order once it's shipped.

Bookvault prints your book on demand, so the shipping times vary by location. The estimated dates will appear on your check out screen.

If you received damaged paperbacks/ print books please keep all packaging and file a claim with the delivery company. If your package does not arrive, please contact me with all relevant info so I can help. Be sure to check your tracking number on physical items before contacting me.
